Missions unfold in sequence — finish one to unlock the next. Each mission's status reads at a glance from its color:
- Gold — completed, Karma earned
- Purple — under review by the judges
- Blue — open and ready to play
- Grey — locked until the previous mission is done
Behind the scenes, Sailendra's Command Center tracks every team on the map, judges photo/video submissions, and broadcasts announcements — in real time.

Mapped through the SAMSARA Competency Codex — grounded in McClelland, Spencer & Spencer, Bloom, BARS, and Salas's "Big Five of Teamwork". Four behavioral levels: Emerging → Developing → Proficient → Exemplary.
We're honest about what we measure

✕ SAMSARA is not a validated psychometric test, a personality measure, or a predictor of individual performance.
Individual-level output is only available in the optional Assessment mode, with explicit participant consent.

Do participants need to install an app?
No. SAMSARA runs directly in the phone browser (Chrome/Safari). Just scan a QR and enter the team code — one device per team as the representative.
How is it different from regular team building?
Beyond the fun, SAMSARA produces measurable proof: a six-competency team snapshot and a presentation-ready HR report. Regular team building stops at photos and impressions.
What is the ideal number of participants?
Flexible — from small teams to events with hundreds of people. We adjust the scale, mission routes, and logistics to your needs.
Where can the event be held?
Indoors or outdoors. We have access to venues in Jakarta, Sentul, Puncak, Bogor, and Bandung — or at a location your company chooses.
Is SAMSARA a personality test?
No. SAMSARA is a team-level pre-assessment tool that observes collaboration behavior — not a psychometric test and not a measure of individual personality.
